My Journey

I trained in France for five years at a top catering college in the 90s, then spent three decades honing my craft in Michelin-starred restaurants, fine dining venues, gastro pubs, taverns and cafes across France, England and New Zealand.

My passion is simple: good food crafted from top-quality ingredients. After years of demanding professional kitchens, I'm here to bring that expertise into Kiwi homes, making mealtime stress-free and delicious.

Why Allô Chef?
